Wake Up! Shake Up!
Wake Up! Shake Up! DVD produced by Ruth Mitchell formerly of Callington Sports College. Contains fun routines to music for all abilities, including basic stretching excercises. Produced to make it as easy as possible for primary schools to introduce daily wake up activity to music in a fun way.
Wake Up Shake Up 2 gives new routines. Each is presented in a teaching/learning section to give leaders all they need to get started, followed by an activity section which is the full routine to music for everyone to follow.
Wake Up Shake Up 3 builds on the success of the first two products and provides more new routines. Rachel of St. Kew CP School used the resource to teach Wake and Shake leaders routines. St. Kew also had an "activity assembly" enabling the rest of the school to learn the moves. "Excellent routines and music, good new moves. It's lovely having a resource that's complete with no need to search for parts or music. More of the same, please!!!" said Rachel.
And now there is Wake Up Shake Up 4!
